Wiradjuri woman Trilby Ryan works as our regional based consultant supporting various projects and our stakeholders. Trilby weaves this work around her two young children, a larger immediate family of 12, and managing her partnership business that specialises in carpentry construction and livestock and grain farming.

Trilby spent more than five years working for Government in Canberra as an adviser and in administration roles where she also travelled extensively  across Australia, meeting people from some remarkable and often quite remote communities. Prior to that, Trilby worked in public service and not-for-profit administration positions within Indigenous Affairs.

Trilby draws energy from the interesting and wide experiences of people she meets, and does all she can to open doors of opportunity for others through her networks.

Trilby graduates her second university degree in 2020, holding Bachelors in Social Science (Criminal Justice) and Management, a Diploma of Government and a Certificate IV in Indigenous Leadership.

Trilby recently moved with family back to Cowra where she spent some of her childhood. She cherishes the opportunity to engage with people across the country, whilst living on country that’s good for her soul.

She’s willing to give almost anything a go, including roles such as 33 Creative’s own Fashion Coordinator for the National NAIDOC Awards Ceremony in 2019.
