Trilby Ryan
Engagement and Project Manager
Wiradjuri yinaa Trilby Ryan works as our team’s Engagement and Project Manager. Trilby weaves this work around her two young children, a larger immediate family of 9 siblings, and managing her carpentry construction and farming partnership.
Trilby spent more than five years working in Parliament House Canberra as an adviser and in administration roles that offered the opportunity to travel extensively across Australia, meeting people from some remarkable and often quite remote communities. Prior to that, Trilby worked in the Australian Public Service and not-for-profit sector supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.
Trilby spent her childhood travelling around Australia in a motorhome, as well as fishing for freshwater bream and dodging crocodiles as she swam in the river whilst living on Garawa Country in the Northern Territory.
Trilby draws energy from the interesting and wide-reaching experiences of people she meets, and does all she can to open doors of opportunity for others throughout her networks.
Trilby holds two degrees in Social Science (Criminal Justice) (CSU) and Management (UC), a Diploma of Government and a Certificate IV in Indigenous Leadership.
Working with 33 Creative, Trilby cherishes the opportunity to engage with people across the country, whilst living in Cowra NSW.
She’s willing to give almost anything a go, including roles such as 33 Creative’s own Fashion Coordinator for the National NAIDOC Awards Ceremonies in 2019 and 2022.
