Chelsea is a highly accomplished event manager with over 17 years of experience delivering live events, festivals, and large-scale public programs. Renowned for her organisational precision and creative vision, she excels at producing impactful, memorable experiences for diverse audiences.
Her strengths span all aspects of event production, including stakeholder management, stage management and show calling, budget oversight, creative team leadership, and meaningful engagement with First Nations Communities and partners.
Chelsea has produced and contributed to events such as the Pandora awards and conference, the Rock for Land Rights Concert at Parramatta Park to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Aboriginal Land Rights Act, Reconciliation Australia Be a Voice for Generations breakfast in the Mural Hall, Australian Parliament House and Real Value for Nature, 25th Anniversary Katoomba Summit at Taronga Zoo and Lilianfels, Katoomba.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Photography) and an Advanced Diploma in Events, Entertainment and Design. She is deeply passionate about collaborating with First Nations communities and is driven by the belief that well-crafted events can foster connection, cultural pride, and positive change.
